secretarial matters. She has worked with many start-ups, entrepreneurs and SMEs from Japan, Germany, Australia, China,
US and Singapore.

Francis has more than 15 years of working experience in government and government-linked organizations.
He has managed operations in the US and UK (North Europe) and facilitated the implementation of overseas business expansion
plans of Singapore-based companies in Asia, Middle-East, Europe and US. His specific area of expertise is market expansion,
in particular for the manufacturing, engineering and lifestyle sectors. His involvement with the academic institutions,
entrepreneurship mentoring programmes and angel investment has allowed him to provide market perspectives (market
feasibility and implementation strategies) to both SMEs and larger companies.
